Super Six Starts With A Bang

The first round of the Super Six tournament kicked off tonight and it did not fail to provide the excitement it had promised.
Former middle weight world champion Jermain 'Bad Intentions' Taylor took on 'King' Arthur Abraham in Berlin's o2 arena in a fight filled with high drama and in what was almost a repeat of his last fight it ended with Taylor kayoed in the 12th.
Taylor started well behind his jab but Abraham's high guard proved tricky for Taylor to break through as many of his punches were caught on Abraham's gloves and arms.

Abraham came on strong in the second half of the fight taking control and eventually knocked out Taylor with a long right hand through Taylor's gloves. Taylor was already behind on the cards at this point with a point deduction for low blows in the 6th round not helping his cause.
As the tournament's rules state Abraham leads the pack with 3 points, 2 for the win and 1 for the knockout.
