Junior fly weight world champion, Ivan 'Iron Boy' Calderon will be drafted in to help Miguel Cotto train for his bout with Manny Pacquiao.
Calderon is recognised as one of the fastest and best pure boxers in the sport and was also brought in to spar with Oscar De La Hoya in preparation for his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Freddie Roach, Oscar's trainer at the time later revealed that Calderon boxed circles around the 'Golden Boy'.
His speed and the fact he fights in the southpaw stance, like Pacquiao, should be of massive benefit to Cotto's training as he prepares for the November 14th bout.
Calderon, also from Puerto Rico, is in training for a September rematch with Rodel Mayol who is from Pacquiao's native Philippines.
